Celtics Star Jayson Tatum talked to the media about how COVID-19 continues to affect his performance on the court. Despite making a full recovery, he said he’s still experiencing breathlessness and fatigue. However, Tatum gave a positive update on the situation as well.

Jayson Tatum tested positive for the virus over a month ago. Now, he’s been back for the last 11 games, and his numbers haven’t suffered either. It seemed that the Celtics star was completely healthy. Tatum revealed that this wasn’t true in a media session before his game with the Denver Nuggets.

He told the media about how he’s been feeling fatigued faster than usual. Even though he doesn’t feel it the entire game, he feels it in stretches and talks about it to the medical staff. Tatum also mentioned how he’s spoken to other players in the league who told him that it gets better over time.

The Celtics will, however, be glad to have Tatum contribute in any manner. They’ve been struggling this season, even losing recently to the Wizards, who are 8-17 and second last in the Eastern Conference.
