Powell is an established veteran who has spent his entire career in Toronto. Powell can add depth to an offense led by Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum.

Powell played a key role in the Raptors’ 2019 finals run and he is improving statistically every year since joining the team. The Blazers need experience and versatility off the bench.
