Kyle Lowry has stated that he will retire as a Toronto Raptor. The 34-year old (Soon to be 35) is playing his 9th season as a Raptor.

Kyle Lowry Trade Rumours

There have been many rumors of Kyle Lowry wanting to leave Toronto. However, all of these rumors have been denied by Kyle Lowry and his agent. Lowry will continue to play for the Raptors after the NBA trade deadline.

Lowry’s Regular Season Performance

Kyle Lowry is averaging 18 points, 7 assists, and 5.5 rebounds on 45.7% FG and a 3pt% of 40.3% while sitting out games due to problems earlier in the season and a left-thumb injury.

Lowry is 2nd in the NBA in Real Plus-Minus on ESPN for point guards, trailing behind Stephen Curry. He is also 3rd in Real Plus-Minus Wins, behind Stephen Curry and Damian Lillard. Lowry is 7th in point guards for True Shooting % with 61%. Kyle Lowry is a top 10 PG, and he is certainly still playing at the level of an all-star.

In the last game the Raptors played before the all-star break, Kyle Lowry tied the Raptors franchise record and set himself a new career-high in assists with 19.
