Shannon Sharpe vehemently disagreed with Steve Kerr’s take on Kevin Durant being the most talented player he’s ever seen. On a recent episode of Undisputed, the NFL Hall-of-Famer condemned Kerr for indirectly disparaging LeBron James. Moreover, he claims the Warriors coach is conflating Durant’s ability to score with overall talent.
Sharpe insists that James does everything on the court at a higher clip than Durant. Albeit, Sharpe does have a penchant for embellishing anything James-related, his argument is sound. James’ numbers eclipse the seven-foot sniper in almost every fashion.
Here’s to hoping the 2020-2021 campaign gives us another classic James Vs. Durant showdown in the Finals.
