After a career performance, Paul George appears to shower Terance Mann with…feet water?

June 19, 2021 Game 7 Brooklyn Nets vs Los Angeles Clippers. Paul George throwing Pat Beverlys feet water on Terance Mann.

Terance Mann’s teammates were excited to celebrate with him in the locker room. In typical NBA fashion, players showered him with water. However, players might have been a little bit too casual with what they were throwing around.

In a surfaced video of the team celebrating their win, it appears that Paul George grabbed Patrick Beverly’s feet water and threw it on Mann and Beverly during the celebration. Clippers and NBA fans alike can only pray that PG used a different bucket.

Second-year guard Terance Mann played a huge role in helping the Clippers advance to their first conference finals appearance in franchise history. In Friday’s pivotal game 6 versus the Jazz, Mann dropped 39 points on 15 of 21 from the field. His 20 points in the third quarter were a franchise record for points in a playoff quarter.

Western Conference Semifinals Preview

Joking aside, the Clippers were extremely impressive versus the Utah Jazz. When Kawhi Leonard went down with an ACL injury in game 4, everyone just about wrote off the Clippers’ chances. With spectacular performances from Paul George, Terance Mann, Reggie Jackson, and all of the Clippers’ role players, they went on to win both games 5 and 6 to close out the number one seeded Jazz. In doing so, the Clippers became the first team in NBA history to come back from two 0-2 deficits in the same postseason.

The Clippers now head to Phoenix to take on the number two seeded Suns in the Western Conference Finals. They will require similar, if not better, PG and co. to defeat the Suns, as Leonard has already been ruled out for Game 1. There is no timetable for his return. The Suns will be without superstar point guard Chris Paul, who tested positive for COVID-19. He must now spend several days in the NBA’s health and safety protocols. Game 1 tips off on Sunday, June 20th at 3:30 PM EST on ABC.
