The NBA playoff race is at a full sprint for teams at this point. Teams are either looking to improve their seeding or putting themselves in a position to at least make the Play-In tournament.

The Western Conference race has been one to watch. In particular, the battle between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets. With the rivalry between the two teams heating up, Draymond Green took to his podcast to throw shots at the Rockets.

“Tomorrow will be an opportunity to end their season, their playoff hopes. If my math serves me correctly.”

The Warriors are sitting at 10th in the Western Conference with a 41-34 record. Although their season has been shaky, the team looks poised to try and cause problems in the Play-In tournament.

Meanwhile, the Rockets are 11th in the Western Conference with a 38-37 record. The rivalry between the two teams hit another level when Rockets player Tari Eason called out Green and his Warriors.

“I’m a little suprised that he hasn’t played in a game since January 1st. So it’s kind of tough to come out yelling ‘come out and play’ and you’re not gonna play.”

Both teams have seven games left in the season to put themselves in a position to make the playoffs. With the Warriors slowly pulling away, the Rockets desperately could use a win to stay within reach. Meanwhile, the Warriors would love to be the team to put the Rockets to bed for good.

Both teams will square off against one another on April 4th.
