After winning the NBA Championship in 2011, the Dallas Mavericks have spent the last 10 years without winning a single playoff series. Apart from this, they are building their roster around rising star Luka Doncic, and people are now questioning Rick Carlisle’s (Dallas Mavericks head coach) ability to lead them again. Mark Cuban told ESPN during an interview that he is not considering replacing Rick Carlisle.
ESPN questioned Mark Cuban about it, and the owner of the Mavericks had something to say.
“Let me tell you how I look at coaching. You don’t make a change to make a change. Unless you have someone that you know is much, much better, the grass is rarely greener on the other side.”

Carlisle is the Head Coach of the Dallas Mavericks since 2008 and managed to win one NBA Championship in 2011, the first and only of the Dallas Mavericks.
After a tough series against the Los Angeles Clippers, where it went to 7 games, fans began criticizing their head coach, questioning Trey Burkes use compared to Jalen Brunson.
However, in the wake of Mark Cubans answer, Carlisle looks to remain the Dallas Mavericks head coach for the foreseeable future.
