Tom Brady is the NFL‘s arguable GOAT and a seven-time Super Bowl Champion. His appearance on HBO’s “The Shop” has provided great insight into his career and free agency last offseason. The Shop also gives viewers a look at his inner workings and, most importantly, some laughs. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is an all-time class act and is undeniably a legend.

Thanks to Dov Kleiman on Twitter, we get free access to some of the best moments from Brady’s appearance. One of the most viral moments was when Brady discussed his thoughts about an unknown team not wanting to negotiate with him in the 2019-2020 offseason.

Looking back, Im thinking, Theres no fuc-ing way I wouldve gone to that team. They said they didnt want me! I know what that means! I know what that feels like! And Im going to f you up because of that.

Another great moment came from a bit of honesty and humility from Brady. He talks about how his career is coming to an end. Even a quarterback as storied and decorated as him knows what it’s like to lose. He discusses how the decade-long Super Bowl drought in his career made his successes that much more enjoyable. You have to know what it’s like to be on the bottom to appreciate being at the top.

“And then we didnt win a Super Bowl for 10 years, and I was like F*ck! This is really hard.’ And then the next time we won the Super Bowl was like the most amazing experience of my life because I had perspective of not doing well.”

The last great piece to come from Brady’s time on The Shop is a funny discussion about how he expresses himself by saying the opposite of what he’s thinking most of the time. He speaks about not wanting conflict, so he tries to keep it flat. He gives an example with the following hilarious excerpt:

I usually say the opposite. If they got a shitty corner, Ill say, That guys unbelievable. I dont know how they can complete balls over there. And in my mind, Im thinking, Im going to go at that mother fuc*er all day.”
