Who is Dennis Rodman?
Dennis Rodman played in the NBA from 1986-2000 at the forward position. He is most remembered for his playing time with the Detroit Pistons where he won two NBA championships. He also played for the Chicago Bulls in the late �90s and won three championships in a row. He was an integral part of those championship runs for both teams. During his NBA career, he averaged 7.3 points, 13 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. He led the league in rebounds for seven years in a row from 1991-1998. He also won the defensive player of the year award twice in a row from 1989-1991. Unfortunately, most of Rodman�s highlights are attributed to how he behaved on the court. He would receive multiple technicals throughout his playing career. He would have fits during the game where he would display his emotions against other players and even cameramen.
Regardless, Rodman was a hustle type of player who impacted the game from the energy he brought each night. However, his statistics don�t tell the whole story. There’s a reason why teams wanted him on their squad and not against him. After all, Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, who played against Rodman when he was with the Pistons, didn�t mind his presence as part of the Bulls. He knew what his role was and played it to perfection. Rodman didn�t care much for how many points he scored in each game. He had multiple games with 20+ rebounds. Additionally, Rodman is considered to be one of the best rebounders in NBA history. Therefore, he was inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame in 2011.

So, how does Draymond Green compare to Rodman? First and foremost, they both play the forward position, and they don’t care for scoring. It is clear that Green only cares about winning. He has won three championships and a Defensive Player of the Year award in 2017. For his career, he has averaged 9 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game.
